Time Tracker

The Time Tracker module offers the following features:

  • Resource utilization tracking through the creation of time tracking records.

  • Allocation of tracked time to configured time tracking categories.

    Note: 

    • The system can automatically set the category for any time tracking record by using the associated task category metadata configured on the time tracking category.

    • Time tracking categories can be added and maintained by a Global Administrator by going to System Admin > LookupsTime Tracking Categories.

  • The ability to track time spent on activities, tasks and on certain dataforms (such as a Worker's Comp case or Client Service Case).
